COVID-19 policy

  • Effective February 28th, 2022, the city of Chicago + state of Illinois are no longer requiring that all guests wear masks indoors nor provide proof of vaccination to enter Chicago restaurants.

  • You can make a reservation through Tock for groups of 30 or less; groups of 31+ should send an email to hello@pilotprojectbrewing.com to reserve a section of our tasting room

  • Reservations are intended to be two hours long; please consult your server if you’d like to stay longer

  • Walk-ins are welcome and will be seated based on availability

ordering

  • Logan Square: There is a QR code located at every table, guests can order and pay through this QR code as a group or individually. Every QR code is associated with a specific table, so please don’t switch tables or move the QR code to a different location

  • Wrigleyville: Order with a server at your table or the bar and receive a buzzer to let you know when to pick-up your food

  • Milwaukee: Order with a server at your table or the bar

outside food

  • We allow outside desserts

  • We do not allow outside entrees, appetizers, or snacks for non-private events

dogs

  • We love dogs

  • They are welcome to hang-out on our patios in Chicago and beer garden in Milwaukee

  • They are not allowed inside our restaurants due to food health and safety laws

  • Please keep your dog leashed and within 2 feet of you at all times

Kids

  • Kids of all ages are welcome

  • Please ensure your kids are seated or standing at your assigned table for their own safety and for the safety of our staff

  • Only adults 21+ who have a valid ID will be served alcohol
