Tolo Noche - Brewer’s Kitchen // Dark Mexican Lager // 5.5%
Welcome back, dear friend. It's been a while, but one of our favorite winter seasonals has returned with a vengeance. Slightly modified from the pitch-black night of its origin, this year's Dark Mexican Lager leans more towards caramelized bread-crust and toasted toffee keeping the sessionability high and the tannins low. As perfect for Pot Roast as Al Pastor, this beer won't last long.

TreeTalker - Brewer's Kitchen // West Coast Pale Ale // 5.3%
Yo dawg. We heard you like hops. What if we told you we put hops on TOP of your hops!? Well, we didn't take it quite that far. But we did ramp up the pine-resin and ruby grapefruit notes so you can revel in the perfect nostalgia of your favorite, classic West Coast hop varietals. Brewed like it was '91, so buckle up for a three-peat (or two)!

IPA
Ventana - Brewer’s Kitchen // West Coast IPA // 6.8%
Named after a mountain located in Big Sur, CA, this brew is a familiar but not entirely classic take on the West Coast IPA. Subtle notes of caramel and toffee are complimented with aromas of orange, grapefruit, pine, and yuzu fruit from the recently named Alora hops. The sweet citrus is balanced by a pronounced bitterness and dry finish to keep you climbing back up the mountain.

Frozen Coyote - Brewer's Kitchen // DIPA // 8.2%
Sometimes, when you least expect it, something big happens. It could be in the grocery store; but, in our case, it was right here in the brewery. Our Coyote showed up touting aggressive notes of overripe pineapple and gushers balanced by a lasting, cannabis bitterness. Its dry finish doesn't undercut the lingering warmth that'll carry you right through the refrigerated section.

Mountain Sound - Brewer’s Kitchen // Hazy IPA // 7.4%
Two Rivers flooded a valley and a Sound was made. If a Sound had a taste, it'd be of juicy, punchy, vibrant pineapple, with a bracing and sharp resin bite which softens to a hint of boozy warmth. Take the forbidden cannonball and enjoy the leap!
