Each individual has the right to work in and/or join us in a safe, professional atmosphere that is free of any unlawful discriminatory practices, including, but not limited to, harassment and bullying. Pilot Project Brewing prohibits any form of sexual harassment, or any other type of harassment, discrimination or bullying, as defined in the current guidelines promulgated by the Illinois Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and as consistent with a public space oriented around equal rights and inclusivity for all. Pilot Project Brewing has a zero tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, and bullying.

Pilot Project Brewing encourages employees and guests to promptly report any perceived incidents of discrimination, harassment, and can do so anonymously through our website’s contact page or by emailing info@pilotprojectbrewing.com.
