CURRENT BREWERIES

These are our partner breweries, using our space to innovate and create through their recipes and products. We're constantly evolving this list and getting rid of the notion of "what should and shouldn't be done" in brewing. These are the breweries that help us experiment anywhere and everywhere.

STANDARD GOODS

Standard Goods exists because it ought to. With all the approachability and affordability of a big brewery, but without extracts, corn syrup and other junk. We're proud of what's in our beer and proud of what's not. And it goes great with just about anything.

BREWER’S
KITCHEN

Brewer's Kitchen is an experimental brewery created by the people behind Pilot Project and made to honor the places, meals, and people that have created our little kitchen sink of life.

We share our experiences through Brewer’s Kitchen. We make culinary inspired beer, culturally inspired beer, experience inspired beer, and unabashedly remain beer inspired people.

We brew most of our stuff at Pilot Project Brewing in Chicago and Milwaukee. Check us out Pilot Project’s taproom or in retailers across Chicagoland.

DEVIOUS

Devious is pushing against the norm of what cocktails look like in the world. This is a real cocktail. A blend of spirits, real juices, and botanicals that make for something truly exceptional. What’s devious about it? The promise that it’s real. There’s no witchcraft. Nothing sinister or fake. Just real spirits and real ingredients that make for really good times. No exceptions. RTD should stand for Ready To Deviate. And that’s what’s really devious.

Here at Devious, we believe in shaking up the ordinary! Imagine a place where cocktails ditch the boring and embrace the bold—a place where every sip tells a story. Our journey is sprinkled with creativity and zest, showcasing a team that's as passionate about mixology as they are about fun!

ROVM

2020 stopped us quite literally in our tracks. One day we were skiing with our friends in Lake Tahoe, the next day, the mountains, trails, beaches, and apres spots were closed and we spent a lot more time inside. However, through periods of solitude and shelter in place, new creative ideas emerged.

We started making our own granola, waxing our skis, and brewing our own backyard booch. We wanted to create a highly drinkable, refreshing beverage that celebrated the outdoor lifestyle, didn’t have the aftertaste we found in other hard kombucha or seltzers, and was made from all-natural ingredients for a "better for you” buzz.

OCCASION

"The seed of the idea "Occasion" began in 2016. My wife and I were hosting our first Thanksgiving– my sister in law was pregnant at the time, and I was trying to think of a way to offer her something a little more interesting to have at the dinner table that night. She's always been a red wine fan. We had been drinking a hibiscus tea at home, and I used our Soda Stream to carbonate this tea to be poured into a wine glass. She seemed to really appreciate the gesture and said something to the effect of "if you sold this, I'd buy it".

Years later when we opened Supermoon, I felt compelled to try and offer something more unique on our NA Menu than many of the other same-old things that breweries seemed to copy and paste from each other. We revisited the idea from that Thanksgiving, and having built our beer program on French Oak blending stock, began building a wine-like NA beverage structured from French Oak infused tea blends. We served our first glass in 2024 and have garnered a great response from drinkers and non drinkers alike. It was important to us as a neighborhood brewery to offer something reflective of the whole neighborhood, and to put the same effort into an NA offering that we do our beer.

CERVECERIA
PARACAIDISTA

We came into this world in a very interesting time in beer history, and we were blessed to land in a varied, colorful country. As such, we set ourselves to challenge the Mexican craft beer market, producing beer that was challenging in terms or styles and ingredients. For the past 7 years we have dedicated ourselves to rethink what ¨Mexican beers¨ really mean.

FUNKYTOWN BREWERY

Funkytown Brewery was created to bring a Black brewer perspective to the beer industry which is less than 1% Black-owned. Three friends who attended school together in Oak Park, Illinois and attended college, Grambling State University (an HBCU) in Louisiana, decided in 2017 to homebrew with the goal of going pro!

Through quality beer, dope labels, representative messaging, music & jokes, Funkytown will introduce a fresh and creative perspective to the beer industry. #KeepItFunky
