Tolo Noche - Brewer’s Kitchen // Dark Mexican Lager // 5.5%
Welcome back, dear friend. It's been a while, but one of our favorite winter seasonals has returned with a vengeance. Slightly modified from the pitch-black night of its origin, this year's Dark Mexican Lager leans more towards caramelized bread-crust and toasted toffee keeping the sessionability high and the tannins low. As perfect for Pot Roast as Al Pastor, this beer won't last long.

ALE

H’ale Mary - Pilot Project Brewing // Bloody Mary Ale // 4.5%
As a home brewer, my inspiration was the idea of pouring your beer chaser into your Bloody Mary. With the first taste, you get a savory tang of tomato and celery salt. The umami flavor of Worcestershire follows, and then finishes cleanly with a hint of lingering heat on the tongue.

stout & Porter

Black is Beautiful - Funkytown Brewing // Baltic Porter // 7.1%
The 2024 rendition of Black is Beautiful is a rich, malty Baltic porter featuring a healthy addition of blackberries. The classic, clean lager fermented base of this beer gets us into the swing of things like a Louis Armstong solo, but this beer refuses to color inside the lines. A Miles Davis-esque improvisation of blackberries seamlessly meld roast character and dark berry into harmony making this brew a pleasant groove.

Horchata - Pilot Project // Golden Stout // 8.6%
You're going to want to capture the latest Staff Draft like it was some content. Brought to you by our Brand Director, John, this deceptively easy sipper sneaks up on you with notes of sweetened condensed milk, spice cake, and vanilla. We can't endorse you putting this over ice in a styrofoam cup and housing it before you eat your tacos, but we certainly wouldn't judge you if you did.

Stave & Stone - Brewer’s Kitchen // Nitro Stout // 11.8% // Not available on flights
Brewer's Kitchen's debut into barrel-aging is a delightfully sweet, nitro coffee stout. Aged in Wild Turkey barrels and infused with Stone Creek's Daybreak coffee it leads with a strong dark roast coffee nose and hints of baker's chocolate, caramel, hazelnut, and a roastiness that melds seamlessly into the sweet finish. While intense in flavor, it finds harmony in the sum of its parts and provides a gentle warming to let you know a season change is right around the corner.

Hopped with Strata, Comet, Eclipse, and Galaxy, this exploration has notes of ripe apricot, citrus zest, pink starburst, underripe pineapple, and a light, dry resin. Supernaturalist is made for stargazers, the ponderers, and because it’s a beer, the-ever-so-curious balance of tropical sweetness and zesty citrus.

TreeTalker - Brewer's Kitchen // West Coast Pale Ale // 5.3%

Brewed like it was '91, so buckle up for a three-peat (or two)!

IPA

Ventana - Brewer’s Kitchen // West Coast IPA // 6.8%
Named after a mountain located in Big Sur, CA, this brew is a familiar but not entirely classic take on the West Coast IPA. Subtle notes of caramel and toffee are complimented with aromas of orange, grapefruit, pine, and yuzu fruit from the recently named Alora hops. The sweet citrus is balanced by a pronounced bitterness and dry finish to keep you climbing back up the mountain.

Six Strings and a Beat - Cerveceria Paracaidista // DIPA // 8%
Originally brewed for our Mexico City taproom's first anniversary. We normally don't do big beers, but we wanted to test the boundaries of high ABV and a ton of hops. The result is hazy, danky, heavy, warming, and citrusy. Featuring Citra, Enigma, and Galaxy hops, picture this as a winter's dose of fresh lime, mango, and white fruit. The warming buzz is just in time for winter.
